How much are the dresses?
The wedding gowns start at $4,000 upwards, as our Basilica Couture gowns are designed and made in our Sydney atelier, hence we don’t have less expensive mass produced dresses, however if your price range is modest, then please log onto our website’s “Sale” link where you will find a selection of discontinued styles that are reduce by up to 50% and are in excellent condition.

How many guests am I allowed to bring to my appointment?
Due to the exclusivity of our boutique and the level of service, we can accommodate a bride and up to two guests per appointment. We suggest that you bring the same guests to each fitting.

How long will my appointment be?
The first consultation runs for one hour. Your actual dress fitting appointments run for an hour and a half. So please be as punctual as possible so it doesn’t eat into your allocated time.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?It is best to bring a strapless bra and to wear nude underwear. We ask that you wear no perfume or face foundations, etc so as not to transfer them onto the gowns. If possible, bring photos of dress styles you are drawn to as this allows us to recognise your personal style.

Will I be charged for the appointment? If so, how much?
No we don’t charge for your appointment, however we do take credit card details to confirm your appointment. We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy to ensure we can offer the appointment to our waiting list. You are charged $50 for failing to cancel in that time frame or not showing up for your appointment on time or not turning up at all.
